Artwork preparation

General Setup Information

Set your artwork at quarter finished size.eg. Finished artwork size 800mmx2165mm, set at 200mmx541.25mm

All images included should be 300dpi @ artwork size or 75dpi @ finished size.

Use CMYK settings for all colour values.

If a colour match is required provide Pantone references for colour matching.

Ideally we like to have High Res .pdf files, but we can accept many other types of file.

From programs like Freehand, illustrator, InDesign, Coreldraw etc., you can save the document as an .eps file. Make sure that all fonts are converted to paths/curves.

From QuarkXPress, please produce a Postscript or High Res pdf file if possible.

- Supply all screen and printer fonts used within the documents and imported files.
- Do not use DCS settings when supplying eps files.
- Supply all imported Tiff, EPS, and J-Peg(max-quality) files with the finished document.
- Delete finished paths and flatten Photoshop files where possible.
- Do not leave unwanted documents on the pasteboard. - Please make sure you have up-dated and saved your documents before supplying finished files
