This mobile vaccination protective screen is ideal as a medical screen for administering vaccines, medicines and other intravenous procedures. The screen provides a full clear protective acrylic barrier between the patient and medical staff. This option is manufactured to allow access for a vaccination or other medical treatment through an aperture, whilst also providing a screen below.
We manufacturer the screens in Peterborough using durable and easily cleaned UK sourced aluminium profiles and clear acrylic or perspex. Like the aluminium, acrylic can be sanitised and regularly cleaned to ensure that it is not contributing to the spread of COVID.
The screen comes with 2 sturdy feet to ensure it is stable and 4 castors, each with a break. The screen is transported with the wheeled fet removed to ensure they are no damaged in transit. They need to be attached and tightened with an Allen key (included).
We have a number of standard sizes listed here, but as we make these screens in our workshop, can easily make them to specific sizes if required.

Access aperture dimensions: 260mm wide x 610mm high
Materials: Anodised aluminium profile, clear acrylic and rubber gasket.
Assembly and adjustment: The vaccination screen is supplied with an Allen key. The feet with castors are removed for transportation and will need to be connected once unpacked and the grub screw tightened with the Allen key.
Warranty: The aluminium hardware comes with a 5 year guarantee. The acrylic infill panel is not covered by a warranty.
Maintenance: Clean the screen and frame with an antiseptic spray and soft non abrasive cloth. Acrylic will scratch if cleaned with abrasive materials.
Delivery: For orders of large screens or multiple screens it may not be possible to book these with a standard courier service and as such we may dispatch your delivery on a pallet. We will call you ahead of booking in the pallet delivery to ensure that a pallet service is practical for your delivery location.
