Erbe were keen to showcase their professional medical devices at the exclusive Future Surgery conference and exhibition being held at the London ExCel. They were in the market for a high quality bespoke exhibition stand that was designed to allow reconfiguration for different exhibition space sizes and layouts. This would ensure that not only were they receiving a good return on their investment, but would also reduce the environmental impact of their exhibition activities, by virtue of them investing today in order to reuse tomorrow and for future exhibiting years to come.
The exhibition stand design brief had some non negotiable must-haves, such as a meeting space/storage space as well as an eye catching and professional way to display products. The overall look of the stand was to be modern, bright and fresh in order to match the company ethos and product development.
The approved exhibition stand was designed to be manufactured from timber and built in one metre wide by three metre high modular sections. This would enable the walls to be reconfigured, reduced in number or added to, as and when the different event stand spaces required. The layout for the first event included a small meeting space with full height lockable glazed door, which would also be used as a walk in storage room for future shows. Two low display plinths were made from timber, laminated and enhanced with colour changing LED lights. These were designed to accommodate the larger Erbe products. A further tall plinth with halo lighting feature was created to showcase smaller medical devices. This plinth not only had an LED illuminated counter top, but also had a overhead lighting feature to really draw the eye of visitors to the stand. The majority of the exhibition stand was finished in a minimalist and clean white with accents of the brand colours in the 3D custom made sign, product display features and wall support. The exhibition stand materials included timber, aluminium and acrylic and the graphics were produced from stretch display polyester for a seamless and flawless finish.
The overall stand look and finish was a triumph and Erbe had a busy and successful event. We are looking forward to working with the Erbe team next year and exploring the different stand layouts we can create from the one stand.
