What are my options?
We can tailor our service to your businesses exact storage, stock management and event logistical needs. The individual service that we provide will come under one of the following management and logistics service options.
Exhibition stand & event equipment storage
Exactly as the title states, this option provides you with storage of your equipment in a safe and secure location. We have forklift off-loading available.
Storage + management + ad-hoc logistics
As well as storage, this option includes an initial inventory of the stored stock followed by annual stock takes. Delivery of equipment plus pick and pack charges are on an ad-hoc basis.
Storage + management + regular logistics
This option provides your business with storage and management of your equipment, with more frequent deliveries and regular stocktakes and no pick and pack charges.
Exhibition stand & event equipment storage
This option is ideal for businesses who need a secure and insured storage location for their exhibition stand and related event equipment. When requested, our team will remove your stand from storage, transport and install it at any event you wish to attend. This option is most suited to businesses who only require their equipment for installing at events and do not need access to to the equipment between events. When you have an event planned we will quote for the installation and breakdown of your exhibition stand including pre-build at GH Display, any refurbishment work needed and new graphics. You are not obligated to use GH Display for any installations and breakdown and are free to use other contractors. In this scenario we would charge for the labour required to remove and return of your goods in and out of storage. A stock take and stock inventory are not included in this option.

Storage + management + adhoc logistics
This option is best suited to businesses who require secure and insured storage for their exhibition stand and/or event equipment, but also need a basic level of stock management and a stock inventory creating. This option offers best value to businesses who have display equipment that they need storing and delivering to events, with or without installation and then before being returned to storage. We would recommend that this option is most suitable for businesses who attend twelve or less events per year. Businesses who need access to their equipment for thirteen events or more will find the next option offers better value. When we receive your equipment there is an initial stock take followed by annual stock takes. The inventory is updated as and when stock is picked, packed and dispatched. For this option you will pay a storage charge with a basic management charge, plus any ad-hoc pick, pack and delivery charges.

Storage + management + regular logistics
This option is ideal for businesses who require storage of their exhibition stand and equipment with a more comprehensive stock management service and regular removal of their equipment for event purposes. To get best value from this option we would suggest it is best suited to businesses who need their equipment removing from stock at least thirteen times per year, for both delivery of equipment only or for transportation and installation of their display equipment. When we receive your exhibition stand and event equipment there is an initial stock take when the inventory is first created followed by annual stock takes. The inventory is updated as and when stock is picked, packed and dispatched. If we are taking receipt of an existing custom exhibition stand there may be a requirement to pre-build your stand to ensure all components are present and in good working condition. This pre-build service would be quoted on a case by case basis. This options is ideal for businesses who have a regular need for equipment to be moved to and from events. Installations and deliveries will be quoted on a case by case basis.
