We offer business to business storage facilities, specialising in dedicated event storage, management and logistics.
We understand that every business is different and as such, we have developed different service options for the storage and management of event equipment. Our aim is to remove this often stressful and time consuming task from your business activities, allowing your team to focus on getting the most out of the event itself. We can offer short term and long term storage options for businesses and pair this with a stock management service, allowing your team to remotely order equipment for picking, packing, delivering and installing at events. We currently have ongoing and longstanding contracts with private companies small and large, multi-national conglomerates and Government-organisations. GH Display has been a trusted brand in the events industry since 1976 and we are experts in our field.
GH Display has a secure two acre site with 30,000 ft² of manufacturing, print and managed event storage space.
We are positioned conveniently near the A1M in Cambridgeshire. Our central England location is perfect for the UK event venues, as well as providing us with excellent transport links for international projects. On our site we have a large amount of dedicated event storage space, with staff to manage client owned items stored with us and and insurance. The entire two acres is fenced in with steel palisade fencing and monitored by 24 hour CCTV, both inside and outside.

We appreciate that every business is different and as such we can tailor our service to meet your specific business requirements. We own a vast amount of storage space at our workshops just off the A1 near Peterborough, with excellent motorway links for the main UK exhibition venues in London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester.

Dedicated event stock management & logistics
We can manage your exhibition equipment and arrange the delivery of your display stock to and from your events. In addition to this stock management and logistics service we can provide pre-build, refurbishment, graphic production, installation and breakdown services of your exhibition stand. We tailor these options to your business event schedule as well as the type of exhibition stock and display equipment your company own.

Event project management, transportation, installation and breakdown
When your event date is near our stand builders will remove your trade show displays from storage and pre-build the required components, completing the necessary repairs and producing new graphics. Working with your team, the venue and event organiser we will plan your event installation, ensuring that all the exhibition paperwork and orders are submitted. When the event date is here we will transport your display equipment to the event venue, scheduling the loading, transport and logistics on your behalf. Our experienced team of stand builders will install your exhibition stand and event displays at your event and either complete a virtual or in-person handover as required. At the end of the event our stand builders will dismantle your exhibition stand, displays and other equipment, load it and return it back to be stored at GH Display. All stored event equipment is catalogued and smaller items, such as merchandise, give ways and brochures can be added to a stock management service where our team count in and out your stock, tracking it all on a web based inventory, allowing your team to monitor stock levels as well as select items for events. You will have a GH Display Account Manager who will be your first point of contact for all your event needs.
