NetSupport attended BETT, the world’s leading education technology exhibition, with a bold and engaging exhibition stand designed to showcase their classroom management, safeguarding, and IT management solutions to educators and decision-makers from across the globe.

Working closely with the NetSupport team, we delivered a bespoke exhibition stand that balanced strong brand presence with practical functionality — creating an inviting space for demonstrations, conversations, and product discovery throughout the show.

The Brief

NetSupport required an exhibition stand that would:

• Clearly communicate their core software solutions at a glance

• Support live demos and one-to-one conversations

• Create a welcoming, professional environment for a busy show floor

• Reflect their established brand identity while standing out at BETT

With a high footfall expected, the stand needed to be open, accessible, and visually impactful from multiple angles.

Our Solution

We designed and built a custom exhibition stand that used bold illuminated branding, clean lines, and a strong blue colour palette to instantly align with NetSupport’s identity.

Key features of the stand included:

• Large-scale illuminated NetSupport branding for high visibility

• Dedicated demo counters for hands-on product demonstrations

• Integrated screens showcasing classroom management and safeguarding tools

• Open layout to encourage visitor flow and easy engagement

• Storage-integrated counters to keep the stand clutter-free

The result was a polished, modern exhibition space that supported both lead generation and meaningful conversations with educators.

A Sustainable Exhibition Stand

Sustainability was a key consideration in the design and delivery of NetSupport’s BETT exhibition stand. The stand was constructed using reused modular components, reducing material waste while maintaining a high-quality, bespoke finish. Recyclable graphic media was used throughout, ensuring responsible end-of-life disposal after the event. All painted elements were finished using water-based paints, with production carried out at our facility powered by renewable energy generated from our on-site solar panels. Transportation to and from the show was completed using our own vehicles running on HVO fuel, helping to significantly reduce carbon emissions associated with logistics. All of these measures were captured on an accurate carbon calculation report, that was shared with the client so they could track their own event related emissions.

The Result

The finished stand provided NetSupport with a confident presence at BETT, attracting consistent traffic throughout the event and offering a practical environment for showcasing their solutions.
