Hybrid exhibition stand

Driving for Better Business were exhibiting at the Health and Safety Event, due to be held at the Birmingham NEC. The Driving for Better Business team were keen to showcase their free to access services, helping Health and Safety Professionals reduce work-related road risk and improve compliance. They had an island stand space secured at the event and wanted their exhibition stand to provide a professional backdrop to an interactive display that would encourage engagement and drive footfall.
The hybrid exhibition stand solution was created using mostly existing hire items from the GH Display stock of sustainably manufactured and refurbished exhibition stand components. Everything we design and build at GH Display has sustainability at the core, built from recyclable and sustainable materials and manufactured using renewable power from our own source of solar panel generated energy. All walling, flooring, counters, illuminated plinths, roof sections, furniture and AV equipment were part of the hired exhibition stand range.
We designed and created a fun game for the visitors to play that provided an interactive and memorable way of demonstrating commercial vehicle stopping distances. This was the single bespoke item on the stand and after the event was delivered back to the customer to be displayed in their reception area. This way of creating an exhibition stand gave the client tailor-made features to truly customise their exhibition, whilst reusing existing hire stock and therefore reducing the amount of carbon emissions generated for this event. All the graphics on the walls were produced on 100% recycled material. All lighting on the stand used low energy LEDs. The raised floor was made from 100% recycled material and has a reusable lifespan of at least ten years.
Another example of a hybrid exhibition stand that engaged visitors and gave the client an excellent ROI, whilst ensuring their exhibition activities were environmentally considerate.
