Immersive Labs were looking for a totally bespoke exhibition stand that would not only set them miles apart from the competition, but an exhibition stand that would represent the ethos and aspirations of their innovative brand and cyber security range. The impressive and eye catching exhibition stand stood above the other exhibitors at a striking 5.5 metres tall. An important element of the brief was for the Immersive Labs team to have the audio visual equipment available on the stand that would enable them to present to an audience and create an interactive and inclusive experience for their visitors. This was primarily achieved by making a large LED video wall the centre stage of the custom exhibition stand. This was connected to speakers, microphones and a video camera so that the presentation could be streamed throughout and participation could take place both in person at the event and to virtual audiences. A number of bespoke work stations were created each one with a monitor and integrated PC. This allowed for the Immersive Labs team to give one to one demonstrations to existing and future customers.
An attractive feature of the stand was blue LED lighting features throughout, including on the workstations, main reception counter and the two tall columns. The Immersive Labs name and logo were beautifully presented on custom made 3D illuminated signs. The sheer weight and complexity of the structural supports needed to create the tall columns presented challenges both in pre-build and at the installation. We worked closely with the event health and safety team to ensure everything we designed would be safe and practical for installing within the short installation window allowed at the ExCel. The stand looked amazing and the customer had a fantastic event at Infosecurity 2022. We look forward to working with the friendly team at Immersive Labs next year.
