NetSupport

NetSupport were back at BETT 2020 and they were ready to make a big impression at the UK’s biggest education event. GH Display were pleased to be chosen for the third year running to design and create a bespoke exhibition stand for NetSupport who had secured a 15.5 metre x 8 metre space at BETT 2020.

NetSupport wanted a DJ booth on the stand providing an interactive way to communicate with their visitors throughout the event. This year the DJ booth was to have more prominence in the space. They also wanted a large presentation area on the stand with auditorium style seating. In addition they really liked the lightbox displays from previous stand designs, but this year wanted something different from anything they’d had at BETT before. Big and bright was the name of the game and eye catching graphics were to play a large part in the bring all the elements of the exhibition stand together. The final design that was approved by NetSupport was a large exhibition stand 15.5 metres x 8 metres with three open sides. A large 4 metre tall back wall had a integrated lightbox and large screen mounted for creating a presentation space. Custom made benches were made to provide the auditorium seating space. The DJ both was a bespoke semi-circle counter with integrated shelving to hide the screen and equipment. Four large cone shaped displays with counters and illuminated graphics were the central display spaces each one designed to provide a unique place to display messaging and a space for showcasing the services to visitors. Custom printed vinyl flooring continued the signposting theme throughout the floor area, truly taking visitors on a journey around the stand space.

The bespoke exhibition stand was a triumph. The backlit main wall ensured the company branding was visible for all to see whether you stood in the hall. The cone shaped counter displays and their illuminated graphics also made for an eye catching base to display the NetSupport messages. The stand had a record number of visitors attend and NetSupport was the busiest exhibitor at BETT 2020.
