Siemens approached us with the goal of creating a sustainable, clean, high-impact exhibition stand that communicated their cutting-edge technological leadership while offering a welcoming environment for networking and demonstrations. The result was a sleek, open-plan stand design that encapsulated Siemens’ innovative spirit and industry dominance.

The Siemens stand featured:

  • Double-Sided High-Level Branding: A suspended cube structure displayed the Siemens logo on all faces, ensuring visibility across the exhibition hall.

  • Clean, Minimalist Aesthetic: Using Siemens’ corporate colours and bold branding elements, the stand embraced a clean and uncluttered visual language that immediately drew attention.

  • Engaging Digital Content: A freestanding touchscreen kiosk allowed visitors to interact with Siemens’ data-driven solutions, creating an engaging and informative experience.

  • Detailed Graphic Backdrop: A large graphic wall illustrated Siemens’ industrial and digital solutions, strategically placed to act as both a visual attractor and a conversational starting point.

  • Comfortable Networking Areas: Complete with coffee bar and barista service, the seating areas, with stylish white lounge furniture and high tables with stools, provided a comfortable, professional space for meetings and casual discussions.

Outcome

The Siemens stand reused 100% of existing stand structures; all walls, platform flooring, hanging structures, counters, and plinths were repurposed from previous stands. Wall graphic print used a recycled media with 100% of yarns from recycled marine waste. All paints were water based and our team transported the stand to the ExCel using our vehicles powered by Biofuel (HVO – hydrotreated vegetable oil) . The stand was a triumph and successfully delivered the following for Siemens:

Captured high visitor engagement rates.
