Siemens Exhibition Stand
Siemens partnered with us to create a contemporary exhibition space that would demonstrate the power of their Building X digital building platform and showcase their commitment to sustainability, connectivity and intelligent building operations. The aim was to design a stand that blended clean aesthetics with a highly functional layout while giving Siemens a strong visual presence throughout the event.
Our exhibition stand building team delivered a bright and modern stand that communicated technical innovation with clarity and style while providing a professional setting for demonstrations and visitor engagement.
Design and Visual Identity
The stand design focused on strong graphical storytelling that highlighted the capabilities of Siemens Building X platform. Large format prints created a clear narrative around digital building management, sustainability and the future of connected environments. These bold visuals ensured instant recognition and understanding.
The stand incorporated illuminated vertical features and soft under lighting along the cupboards to create structure and atmosphere. These light accents framed the graphics and added definition to the clean lines of the stand.
Functional Layout
Siemens required a layout that supported product demonstrations, discussions and scheduled meetings. We incorporated a central demonstration zone with a mounted screen for software presentations. This was complemented by a high table and contemporary seating for open discussions and visitor interaction.
The cupboards along the main wall provided seamless storage and practical working space without interrupting the visual flow of the stand. Integrated refrigeration ensured that refreshments were easily accessible for the Siemens team and their guests.
Sustainable from Design to Delivery
Sustainability played a central role in the creation of the Siemens exhibition stand. The entire structure was produced using environmentally responsible materials including sustainable timber, low impact graphic media and water based paints. Our hire stock is manufactured to a robust standard so that every component can be reused and repurposed across many future projects which greatly reduces waste. The exhibition raised flooring is created from recycled plastics and carries a life span of ten years which supports long term material efficiency. All print and production work for this stand was powered entirely by renewable energy generated through the two hundred solar panels on our rooftop. For transport to the Healthcare Estates event our team used HVO fuel in place of diesel which further reduced the overall environmental impact of the build.
The Outcome
The completed custom exhibition stand delivered a calm and welcoming environment with a professional atmosphere suited to in depth technical demonstrations. The clean white flooring and confident graphic palette worked together to create a polished and cohesive presentation space that aligned fully with Siemens brand identity.
The project was completed with precision and attention to detail ensuring a reliable and visually striking stand throughout the event.
