Good Friday fun at Peterborough United

It was great to see the GH Display Stand full of Posh flags on Good Friday

So, the result may not have gone quite as we would have hoped at the beginning of the Easter weekend, but never one to dwell, the Peterborough United players showed their resilience and brought home an away win for the club on Easter Monday.

To celebrate the Easter weekend of football, the GH Display team set-up a a large display in the Fanzone at the Weston Homes Stadium, complete with life size cut-outs of Posh legends – past and present.

Thank you to all the fans who came along to see us in the Fanzone and take photos with the display.

Kyprianou paid a visit to the Fanzone

Fans were delighted that Hector Kyprianou visited the Fanzone to meet fans, sign autographs and take a few selfies with his life size cut-out.

Even Peter Burrow came down to join in the fun!

The GH Display team had a great day and we were delighted to see so many Posh supporters in the GH Display Stand.

All GH Display Stand ticket holders on Good Friday were entered into a prize draw to win two season tickets. The lucky winner was Gary Storey, who walked away with two Peterborough United season tickets for the 2024/2025 season.
