Showcasing Excellence in Logistics and Transport
GH Display had the pleasure of designing and delivering a striking and functional exhibition stand for the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT) at the Multimodal Exhibition, the UK’s premier logistics, transport, and supply chain event. Held at the NEC Birmingham, Multimodal brings together industry leaders across the freight, logistics, and warehousing sectors. It provided an ideal platform for CILT to engage with members, partners, and new prospects.

Design & Build Highlights
The Brief
The CILT team required a professional, welcoming, and branded space that reflected their pivotal role in shaping the future of logistics and transport. The stand needed to facilitate open conversations, encourage networking, and serve as a hub for promoting the organisation’s diverse range of training programmes, memberships, and policy work.
The Design
Our in-house design team created a contemporary and open-plan concept to maximise approachability and visibility from all sides of the exhibition hall. Key design features included:
-
Branded Backwall: Featuring large-format graphics with bold CILT branding, impactful messaging, and integrated LED lighting to catch the eye.
-
Information Zones: Thoughtfully placed literature racks, counter units and digital screens provided accessible touchpoints for visitors to learn more about CILT’s services.
-
Meeting Area: A relaxed, informal seating space encouraged more in-depth conversations and created a welcoming environment for both existing members and new connections.
-
Sustainable Elements: As with all GH Display builds, sustainable materials and reusable components were prioritised to align with both GH Display’s and CILT’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

The Outcome
The stand was extremely well-received by CILT and visitors alike. It enabled the CILT team to engage meaningfully with hundreds of industry professionals over the three day event, strengthening their brand presence and highlighting their critical role in advancing the logistics and transport profession. Fun features, such as the giant noughts and crosses game helped draw in a crowd and encourage visitor participation. The information hub enabled CILT to promote their training programmes and services.
Our turnkey service from design and build through to installation and breakdown ensured a smooth and stress-free experience for the CILT team, allowing them to focus entirely on connecting with their audience.
