EMC 2022 conference and exhibition was to be held at the prestigious O2 Intercontinental. The organisers were in need of two large 6 metre by 6 metre custom exhibition stands as well as a walling structure for several smaller exhibitor spaces. The design was to ensure a high end finish, with a bright and open feel to all exhibitor areas. There were to be no dividing walls throughout the various exhibition spaces so that visitors could effortlessly mingle and browse around the stands.
The first of the 6 metre by 6 metre exhibition stands was to have a central square structure, built with large lightbox displays on two of the walls and TVs mounted on the other two walls. The island stand had plenty of space for relaxed meeting areas on each of the four corners. The second of the 6 metre by 6 metre exhibition spaces had two large freestanding display walls and two large custom made curved counters. The further smaller stand spaces were created by using aluminium framed walling and tension fabric graphics throughout for a flawless and seamless finish.
The EMC 2022 conference and exhibition was a huge success. The entire event was sold out and both the exhibition spaces and conference areas created an illuminating, fun and vibrant feel for all attendees.
