Hired exhibition stand

Following the acquisition of Brightly Software by Siemens Plc, we were delighted to be asked to design and build the first custom exhibition stand for the software company, as a part of the Siemens company. The business had secured a 6 metre by 6 metre island stand space at the Highways UK exhibition. The customer was looking for a sophisticated and welcoming stand design with workspaces for software demonstrations and areas for one-to-one meetings.
The stand had AV integrated throughout in the form of a large LED video wall, individual TVs connected to PCs and iPads. The design used wooden louvres alongside the Siemens dark blue brand colour to create a professional and attractive display. A circular hanging structure was rigged above the stand and a lightbox display was mounted across the stand roof, both helping to draw visitors to the space as well as ensuring its location in the hall was easily seen from all areas of the exhibition hall.
The hired exhibition stand solution had sustainability at the core of its design. Every item was part of the vast GH Display hired exhibition stand range, which is not only refurbished and reused for each event, it was also originally crafted by our talented team using energy from our own solar panels.. This way of creating an exhibition stand gives Siemens huge choice and ample options for customisation, whilst recycling hire stock and therefore reducing the amount of carbon emissions generated for each event. All the graphics on the walls were produced on 100% recycled material. The exhibition carpet was even cleared of debris after the show and recycled into polypropylene pellets. All lighting on the stand used low energy LEDs.
