Hybrid exhibition stand

Siemens were due to exhibit at the UK’s premier electrical event, CEF and they had secured a generous island stand space at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC). The 12 metre x 12 metre exhibition stand was to have a significance presence in a prominent location in the main hall and it was imperative that the iconic brand would be visible from all the hall entrances. We achieved this by rigging a 12 metre wide by 12 metre deep and 1.2m high hanging banner, that not only ensured the visitors would be guided to the Siemens stand location, but also created a powerful overarching presence for the brand at this event. On the ground the stand was a mixture of bespoke freestanding display structures. Some on the display structures were for mounting and creating product display areas and for creating an important space for product demonstrations to take place. Some of the displays were used for zoning the different areas of the stand and guiding visitors as they walked throughout.
Key messaging and branding also helped with zoning and guiding and though the graphics were simple in their design, they were highly effective and ensuring visitors were drawn to the stand and once their, engaged with key innovations. AV equipment was positioned through the large stand with content being broadcast on TVs and digital totems throughout the two day exhibition There was ample seating for customer meetings, networking and refreshments. The stand colour palette was a combination of the Siemens deep navy blue alongside clean whites, softened with natural timber finishes and living plants.
