Leading supplier in abrasives, Indasa had secured a 5 metre by 6 metre stand space at the Automotive Industries event of the year, Automechanika. The hardworking team were looking for an exhibition stand design that would provide them with the ideal space for holding live demonstrations of their product range, whilst showcasing the newest innovations and providing space for visitors to stay and chat with the experts on the Indasa products. There were brand new key products that we also wanted to ensure were viewed and the team had practical needs for storage and visitor safety that all had to be considered when designing the final stand layout.
The stand space at Automechanika had three open sides, which gave Indasa a 6 metre back wall. We built this wall at 3 metres high with a 1m high lightbox on top ensuring the branding was both visible and illuminated. A large walk-in store room was built centrally and this supported the back wall structure as well as providing valuable out of sight storage for the Indasa team. A LED video wall was recessed into the store, which provided a large screen area so that the live demonstrations could also be filmed and played on the screen throughout the event. A bespoke demonstration station was positioned centrally to the stand space, with acrylic safety screens keeping visitors protected whilst the demos took place. The attractive product display units were located at each front corner of the stand. Each unit had a recessed TV where product videos were streamed. The units had clear shelving to one side for displaying products and on the reverse side iPads were mounted for capturing visitor contact details. LED lighting features were incorporated throughout the stand including under the raised floor, buttresses and counter. This tied the stand together, creating a sleek and eye catching overall look which ensured the Indasa exhibition stand was one of the busiest at Automechanika.
