Natural HR had a large 9m x 6m space at the popular CIPD event, held at London’s impressive Olympia exhibition hall. The space had three open sides and the primary aim for Natural HR attending the exhibition was to create an attractive and welcoming environment in which to demonstrate their payroll and HR software. It was essential that the bespoke exhibition display stand positively represented the brand with its fresh white and green palette, sympathetic curved design and visually appealing space. As well as design and create the custom exhibition stand, our team also provided hired AV and IT equipment, connecting all machines and supplying a wireless keyboard and mouse for each demo station.
The brand green was emphasised further with integrated green LEDs throughout the exhibition display, illuminating the large reception counter, six bespoke demo stations and around the skirt of the planters. Further brand greens and accents of nature could also be found in the abundance of planting, plant pots and bespoke plants positioned around the space.
For a more relaxed and comfortable space we created two meeting spaces along the back wall of the exhibition stand, one with white leather sofas and one with low table and leather chairs. Both meeting spaces were framed with timber pelmets and downlights as well as two slatted wall features providing a semi private, yet accessible and welcoming space. The centre of the stand had a large walk-in store space, where merchandise and staff personal items could be discreetly stored, ensuring the stand remained uncluttered and the space was practical. The Natural HR team had a busy stand throughout CIPD 2022 and we look forward to working with the team in the future.
